Default Squeaky brakes

I have an '03 Fatboy with about 14k on the odometer. The rear brake squeaks, usually on every ride, but not everytime it is used. Its kinda of lower pitch sound not like metal on metal. Brake still works fine. Any ideas of the cause? I was thinking of pulling the pads and see if they are glazed.

It's probably coming from one of two places. First but not most likely is the two pins that hold the pads in place. Pull them one at a time and put some disc brake grease on them and reinstall. If that doesn't do it then pull the pads and put some of the grease between the back of the pad and the caliper pistons. That would be on the metal side (back) of the disc pad.
