i have an 08 fatty and changed my rear pads yesterday also. What a pain, had to remove the mufflers to get to it. Anyway after putting them back on the also dragged but they do not induce enough to keep it from turning, i think they just need to wear in. What say you all?

One more thing: when your lube the caliper pins, DON'T use "caliper pin grease" from the auto parts store. It will swell the rubber bushings and cause the calipers to hang up. Be sure you use only Dow Corning Moly 44 to lube the caliper pins and rubber bushings. Harley sends a tiny packet of it with each set of brake pads, or you can buy it on the web. It is expensive, though.
