Anyone who has an FOB should know how to start the bike without it, I carry the wallet card you get in your bike's factory manual you get with the bike. If you don't have one, the dealer will give you one as it gives you step by step instructions. Factory default code is 11111 so make sure to change it to your own personal ID number. the batteries are small enough that you could carry one on your bike somewhere but that could be seen as being ****.
