"the factory floorboards fit her fine".....that's part of the problem. I've checked in dealerships in and around IL, MO, KY and TN, and have yet to find an older flstc fitted with anything but pegs-the parts guys "think" they might be able to find something that I can "make work", but don't seem to have any solid answers, let alone any leads on factory parts. (nice tall bar and rack....is that the HD part, or after market???)

I agree on the writer's passenger footboard height problem on my '99 Heritage. My wife also has short legs and with our Mustang pillion seat (wide), reaching the footboards is a stretch. She feels like she's leaning forward. The adjustables on my Road King are perfect. The Heritage has really low footboard position, and I also cannot find a solution to raise them. If you've found one, please let me know.
