04 Fatboy tank--EFI?

Default 04 Fatboy tank--EFI?
I have been looking for tins to paint for my 01 Fatboy (EFI) and came across this tank from an 04 fatboy. Can you verify that this tank is an EFI tank? I know the older EFI tanks have two holes on bottom (one of which is plugged). Am I wrong to say this is an EFI tank based on the hole in the top? Also am I wrong to think it will work (without any mods) on my 01 fatboy EFI? Sorry the top two pics suck.

Big hole in the middle is EFI

Thanks...just wanted to make sure...it's all fun and games till money is involved

Am I also correct in thinking it should be a direct bolt-on?
