Terrible! The least they could do would be to be up front and honest with you prior to install. Seesh!

I feel like I've hijacked the thread. I am terribly sorry!
Well, to push this thread back a little, I do have a question. Spokes, in general, should be ran with tubes, right? Or is this a problem more prominent in the DNA wheels? Guess I hear that complaint a lot from DNA consumers, but I was thinking tubes were supposed to be ran in all spokes, regardless of brand. Especially when you stretch the limits with a 21 incher...
Not nowadays, many of the spoke wheels avaliable are supposed to be sealed so they can be run tubeless. DNA advertises as not needing tubes, but there have baeen ALOT of dudes on here who have had issues
The "tubeless" spoke wheels have a layer of silicone inside the wheel to seal them. I have DNA's on my ride and put tubes in after reading about someone losing the air getting on the freeway. They seemed fine before that, but i don't want to take any chances. If I had my druthers and did not already have DNA's I would get Ride Wrights as they have a much better reputation, are just about an hour from me and take care of their customers unlike DNA. I went in to DNA and complained and they all just looked at me like I was crazy. there is something to be said for customer support after the sale.
Plenty of complaints on DNA. They make poor quality products and back 'em up with a chitty customer service. You should not reccomend their wheels anymore Drew, the Dr. has built a reputation 'round here, keep it healthy.
I stopped selling and recommending their products after about 3 weeks of selling them as the amount of problems I had with them was unheard of and there was never any way to resolve them. Agreed Mimo.
I only sell Ride Wrights spoked wheels now. If anyone needs a set email me at DREW@DRVTWIN.COM
