Just installed some Big Shot Staggereds and Big Sucker Stage I. Had the download done at the dealer. I don't know if it's my imagination but it seems like she ran better before the download. No decel pops and pulled all gears well. Now the pops and seems like a loss of power. Suggestions/comments?

 

You should have saved your money on the download. You didn't need it, the ecm will adjust itself. Unfortunately, it adjusts itself back to the stock a/f ratio, or as close to it that it can.What you should do now is get a fuel management device, of which there are many and just about as many opinions as to what is best. If you can get a hold of several recent back issues of American Iron magazine, they have been doing a series about EFI and the different fuel mgmt. systems. Very informative and will give you some idea of what is available.
