Remove pipes-04 heritage

I have the pipes loose,but can't get them to come by the brake/footboard bracket.I have removed the floorboard.Any suggestions.

Loosen the floorboard bracket, and release the pin for the brake arm......It's the only way......It all goes back together real easy.
