Tach for Heritage
I'd like to add a tach to my '07 Heritage Classic. I'd like a side by side but I don't think that's possible. I think I need to go with a combined speed/tach or one that mounts to the bars. Does anyone have any experience with tachs on the Heritage?

I just ordered the combo speedo/tach today. I bought the one without the 600 colors of backlighting. It might look good but I'll be the only one seeing it at night

I just put the HD "Mini Tach" on the bars in the middle and it works great.
Expensive as "Hell" $175 , but works like a charm. I can hold it at 3 - 4 grand
and go through the gears like nothing.

I saw the combination speedo/tach at HD and it looks sharp although it is expensive at $450. I don't think I'd like the digital one. I think it would take away from the look of the bike. I've only seen the bar tachs in a catalog, not sure how they look mounted.
