I have read numerous sites on how to best select handlebars. From this I have determined the specific sizes I desire to be: 5" height, 13-14" pullback, 33-35" width, 8-11" center, 2.5 x 4.5 HD type knurls. No dimples, holes drilled for internal wiring (not 100% needed since I could drill my own holes).
What sites would you recommend using to find these handlebars? I have been to the Wild 1 Chubbys and Flanders sites. They are very good at specifying all the dimensions. The other sites I have found so far do not give all the dimensions I need to know.
Do you have any suggestions for handlebar sites that list all the dimensions? Thanks.
Thanks for the recent posts on this. My original question was from Sept. 1st and I ordered new handlebars from Flanders on about August 15. They were back ordered and arrived on about Oct. 15. I am in the middle of:
1) Replacing handlebars
2) Running hand switch wires internally
3) Installing new chrome switch housings and chrome switch covers
4) Installing new chrome hand levers
5) Relocating turn signals from handlebars to bottom bolt on fork tins
6) Installing all new braided/stainless control cables
7) Installing new grips
The sad part is that riding weather is over up here in Michigan so once I make all these changes it will be around April before I get to ride :-(
