Cool, thanks for the replies. I've also been looking at the Diamond Black grips. I was just worried about the vibrations from the road making my hands go numb. I do wear fingerless gloves MOST of the time, but down here in south Florida with the heat in the summer, my hands sweat a lot with the gloves. So there are times I don't wear gloves and was just worried about it. If there's no real discomfort with the metal grips, I may just go ahead and pull the trigger on some. Again, thanks for the replies.

Lockman; those are some badass looking grips. If you don't mind me asking, can you tell me how you made those?!?! Those are so freaking cool.

I have those choppers inc scalloped grips. They get a little uncomfortable on rides longer than 500MI but it may be my gloves.

That wood burned in there? I cant imagine the time and effort you put into those grips. Again great job.
Thanks!! They are lathe turned aluminum, not fun as my lathe hates aluminum,....air brushed then 6 or so coats of clear. They have about 7k on them and are like new!
