Does Harely paint or powder coat?

Does harley paint or powder coat there parts? Such as sissy bars, struts, ect...

My luggage rack is powder coated. Considering some of the sissy bars are sold in wrinkle black, most of that stuff would be.

They do most of the stuff in powdercoat. I went through the tour of the York plant a year or so ago and they said that even the tanks and fenders had a clear powdercoat on them.

not sure how that could be cause you can not lay powder over paint (can kill you with fumes while it bakes in the oven) paint can not take that kind of heat... plus when i got my HD the first thing i did was re clear the bike and i know that the clear it had was a liquid paint clear...

they do both paint and powder though...
