Yeah... hers is defintely a chick bike though with the blue and white.
Funny how that color scheme just shouts "lady"!!! Anybody ever see a dude on that color scheme??? I havent. But as you can see my pearl black deluxe reeks of testosterone.
Yea... Yea... Yea.... I'm the lucky guy who got to ride the '07 Deluxe home for Jigman's honey. Awesome ride. I told him lets take the really long way home so I could put some miles on it..! I reeeally wanted to open it up and see the difference between the 96 ci and my wife's 88 ci. But she was RIGHT behind me and I could feel her breathing down my neck. Dang.... Better go demo one. Doesnt look like we will get her off it any time soon. We just got back from a 2200 mile trip and wish they could have been with us! It's great to have another couple that both ride!!!! We are working on them for a trip next year to tour Utah...!

I totally disagree! That bike is cool, period! Reminds me of my first scoot.. I think of it as a retro-50's look rather than "chick" colors... here's my first love.. When I bought her she had samson dual long fishtails and beach bars.. Most gorgeous thing I ever laid eyes on. Of course until I learned something about rusty bolts and leaks and old chrome.. and how uncomfortable beach bars are. Something with some color is definitely an eyecatcher.
Check out this old lineup.. "One of these is not like the other....."
Yeah...its nice to have pals like Frogwash. And, his honey was my wife's inspiration to even learn to ride and want a hog. She just called ms. frogwash one day and asked her about maybe getting a scooter to save gas while running chores. Ms. Frogwash Said "no no no no no! Get yerself a Hawg!!! So one day I'm sittin there and my wife sez 'what dya think about maybe getting some hawgs?" Trying to remain calm and cool (while jumping with exitement inside) I said: Welll.... might be a good idea I guess. Special thaanks to Mrs. Frogwash for her enthusiastic encouragment to mrs. Jigman and ultimately what has resulted in absolute bliss for mr. and mrs. Jigman. Only problem is now I'm having a bit of trouble competing for Mrs. jigman's attention. I come home now and she's gone........"oh I just had to go to the store and pick up some groceries in Stevens Pass, WA (70 miles from our house) and then they were out of sugar so I had to run all the way across town and then I had to stop for gas, but got hungry and I heard about this new restaurant in Snohomish County and yad yada yada yada...........
Mysteriously, I can never reach her by cell phone anymore. Now that I installed some saddle bags for her she's suddenly needing to run so many more errands. Dang, wonder what'll happen when she gets the windshield installed.
I am definately disagreeing with the whole chick bike comment. The blue/white Deluxe is meant to look nostalgic like the colors of the 50s that were on bikes and cars. The WW tires also are of that era. Just my .02
