Default nightrain vs standard

can anyone tell me if an '07 NT came with a badlander seat from the factory? i have a '07 fxst with bars and risers off of a nightrain, but after about 30-35 minutes of riding my right hand/arm falls asleep. yea i know its my own fault for changing things. i've ridden nightrains before and no problems with the hand. i was just wondering if a lower seat would help or if i should go back to the stock buckhorns and start over.

The NT bars are narrow like 28.5" Try putting some 31" or 32" drags on the risers you already got? And yes I think the lower seat helps a little.

They come stock with the badlander but if I were going to buy a new seat I would go with a solo. As for bars, I have been alternating between the stock 6" risers, 8" risers, and 8" Z-Bars. The 6" are the least comfortable but probly the best looking. My hand would fall asleep with them on also regardless of the seat. Loosening my grip on the hand grips and wearing riding gloves seemed to help.

Try some pull back risers or "T" bar style pull backs.

I agree. I had night train risers/ bars on my '07 FXST, as well as the badlander seat. Longer rides would make me ache between my shoulder blades. I swapped out the bars for Carlini Original T-Bars, and haven't had the problem ever again. I alternate seats- Danny Gray Buttcrack Solo for local riding, Badlander for more miles.
