I put bitch pegs on my FXSTC. The ex said she wouldn't use them...
As soon as we'd get on the road her feet came up on them. It relieved lower back pressure.
I think the nick name of the pegs is what created the "I won't use them" thought.
Ha! Good one! You should have told her they were called "darling" or "princess" pegs. LOL
Nice bike! I can't believe the condition - mint. Have any more pics?

Just to point something out especially if cost is a factor. A used R/K is a great bike decent price already set up for 2 and has great bags already on it. Adding bags to a softy is not cheap. If you are set on the softy though go rent on for a day to see how you like the suspension with the 2 of you on it. Also r/k's are not that much bigger than any softail. Good Luck!
My sugg would be the Heritage for 2-up . . . Or, like others have stated, a Road King. The RK might actually be a better choice it mama rides w/you most of the time.
If Heritage, consider beefier rr/susp - maybe Progv 422's or something.
Why...oh why can't I have it all!? Damn you HD for creating so many choices!!!
I'm starting to see what you're all saying. I'm still not thrilled about the R/K - real nice bike, just not for me right now. The Heritage does seem like a good choice, too, now that I look at it.
If I were going to spend the higher dollar, though, I'd probably go with the Street Glide...Jeez, I don't know what I want anymore.
