It will bolt right up just get the years right 00-06 same, if you get an off like pre 99 the to put on an after 00 the triple tree lock wont work think the brakes are different too. you can use the same axel and spacers off the standard on the fatboy with the 21 tire. and brakes bolt on.

Check around with some of your local indys, they may have some front ends that were swapped for springers, etc. You may even be able to swap yours. The upper and lower triple tree, fork tubes, springs and guts and lower sliders are different from your FXST. All of these above mentioned parts will have to be changed to the Fatboy parts. Look for 2000- up parts with the exception of the lower sliders. Your lower sliders need to be 2007-up, their axles are 1" which is what your axle and wheel bearings are that you have now. Lets say you have found all the parts from a 2004 model, everything will work except the lower sliders from that year. Change out the sliders to a set of 07 fatboy sliders and you're good to go. I have seen chrome sliders on ebay for 200 bucks.Hope this helps.

Yes it will work, drop the fxst front out and bolt up the fatboy frontend. Have you got a shop manual? You need one. Are you still going to use your 07 fxst wheel and axle? The 05 lower sliders are for a 3/4" axle and your 07 wheel bearing and axle is 1". What have you got in mind?
