Default Poor Mans Fairing

Scored some Fang wind deflectors, aka poor mans fairing lol, from this site and thought I'd give them a try. Did not have much buffetting to begin with, whatever I did have is now gone. These things make the ride more relaxing. You do not have to continually press the knees against the tank at higher speeds and the air around the head is pretty calm even at 70+ mph. As far as the looks, I actually like them on my bike. With all the goodies on the front end - aux lamps, 18" front wheel, shield... they seem to blend right in and beef up the front even more. Should look even better when the apes go on.

So, if you want calmer head winds and not have to press the knees on the tank, check em out.

I use the ones from Memphis Shades. They clamp onto the cow bells. They can be removed in about a minute. They Definetely make a difference in the "up under the windshield air".

Yeah, without the passing lamps and the fact I ride with a shield most of the time, I may feel different about the looks. Thanks again, I appreciate it!

Cool. Any pics? Do they leave marks on the bells?
