Not sure if this will help, but here goes. When I was looking into putting apes on my bike, I checked out this website and they had pics of bikes with different bars on them, maybe they will have a pic or two for you to look at. www.wild1inc.com
I have the 12" Fat Mini Apes on my Lo. I am 5'9" and I have to tell you that I really wish I went with 16"s. Some day I when I can afford it I will but for now I have what I have. I am saying this because if you think you want 10" I'd consider 12". I just don't want you to feel the pain I'm feeling...
Only reason I got those bars is cause I hated the drag bars that came on my bike, and I got the bars and all four cables for 120 bucks shipped from a guy off here.
Figured pick em up and have something decent till I can afford 16 or 18's. Pushed all the way forward they feel pretty good though.
I wanted to try out ape's before I spent the cash, so traded for a set of Street Bob bars and cables. Ended up costing me some grips I had laying around.
Rise is about 10.75" (I think). spent $40 to get 'em powdered wet black.
Might be a cheap alternative if you want to try apes first and are unsure of the size. I will probably go with some 14's, but I've been saying that for a year and am still happy the way they are.
1" bars might look a little skinny on a fat boy, but it's just a suggestion.
