Default Which seat? Le Pera or C&C

I thought I had finally narrowed down which seat I wanted for my 06 Deluxe. I was certain I wanted the Le Pera Silhouette (basically a bare bones but a little wider and slightly more padding) then talked to the Dr. and the Dr. perscribed a C&C LoPro solo.
Has anyone else have any experience with the C&C LoPro solo or any of the C&C seats?
If you have used both the C&C LoPro solo and Le Pera Silhouette that would be even better.

Thanks,
Chuck

I cant help you, but C&C, Corbin, and Danny Gray are at the top of my list for my 07 Night Train seat.

I personally like Le Pera's styling a little better, but they are also a tad more expensive. Comparing their entry level solo seats, the C&C looks a little more bulky to me, whereas the Le Pera is more sleek. Checking out their (C&C's) custom jobs, though, it looks like they can be customized pretty much any way to your liking. Just depends on how much you want to spend. I would personally go with Le Pera, just because I would be able to find what I want from their stock line w/o spending much extra.

Default seat

I would have to say it depends on what look your going for. I think the Corbin classic gives more of the nostalgic look and the lepera more of a custom look. I am ruig the corbi classic with studs I am sure there are guys on the forum that have the Lepera. I do not know of the CC

There is more to consider than looks with a seat. I have not ridden a LaPera barebones, but they do look great. However, I spend many hours in the saddle of my ride and find my C&C LoPro solo extremely comfortable and it looks great too. I'd rather kill 2 birds with one stone, comfort and styling. If I conly cared about looks and not comfort my bike would probably look a bit different, maybe even better, but I find comfort more than a fair trade off.

I agree with Drew. I have riden both and the C&C is quite comfy. And your 06 deluxe will mount up just like mine. In the pic below is the bracket is not there but it mounts up under the seat and has a clean spot to attach one bolt. Oh and the C&C is cheaper.

The main problem is very few if any of us have ridden with both. I'll have to see if LaPera will let me borrow a seat for a while. They are right down the street from the shop. I need a fair comparison.
