I like'm. I have 10" wild 1's and 3.5" risers. I could have went with 12-14" apes with short risers but I thought it would look out of place with my style of bike. JMO.

Was seriously considering putting them on this bike with the stock bars.

Also (important) did you have to lengthen any of you cables?
Would be a totally free swap for me if I can use my stock stuff.
I will take a wider shot and post it when I get home.

The risers moved the point at which the bar clamps to the risers up 3 1/2" and back 2".

If it helps, I measured the distance from the outer tip of my grips, back to the very center of the back edge of the passenger seat. Mine measures 39" now. Of course, this depends on how you tilt your bars, but it gives you an idea of how far "back" you can get them (which is what I was looking for).

I really like the way those risers look. I have a 2005 Heritage. I think I will give those a try.

I have the same setup on my Heritage, but I don't like the way it looks. I'm gonna be switching to Harley's 16" Fat Apes and Riser Combo. I needed to raise the bars and bring them closer to me after I installed the Tallboy seat.

To me (just my opinion), the curved, skinny, 1" Risers and 1" Bars just don't look right on the Fat Front End on the Heritage.

I really wish I liked the look, could have saved some cash.

I also have the same risers with 10" apes on my '05 Heritage and love the open look and handlebar position, I'm 5'8" and have a Corbin seat.

Comfort is King. I switched out the 6" straight risers for 8" pullbacks on my Night Train and while they don't look quite as cool as the old risers, the change has made the bike way more comfortable.

Don't need them for comfort BUT,,,,,
Another thing I am thinking is it will give more room to mount a Tach on the bars...

Hmmmm,,,,,,,,,,, might be another good point on having them... as I have the shield bag and theres no room for one on the raisers..
