Default Did I do good?

I just dropped my 2011 Deluxe off at the dealer for...

Installation of Vance and Hines Big Radius 2-into-2, Screamin' Eagle stage 1 air cleaner, a dyno tune using the SERT, the 1000 mile service (actually 600 miles) with all synthetic fluid and the HD mustache highway bar and installation.

Grand total = $901.78

I think I did real good

I'd say you done REAL good!!

the Big Radius runs about $700, air cleaner - $150, 1000 miles service - $350, highwaybar - $250... that's over $1400 without any labor.

I don't think the $901.78 inlcuded the price of the pipes but if I am wrong about that, there should be a line out the dealer's door!

Something's not clicking. A "dyno tune using the SERT", the OP would have to have the SERT already; maybe he does??

Not sure but until we know the whole story, not ready to declare this a good deal; dealer's don't often make "good deals".

However, I stand to be corrected.

I don't think you got a SERT with that deal, it alone is over 400 bucks

Has to be for just labor. No way he got all that for $900. If you are happy with what you paid then it's a good deal.

Are you sure you didn't leave a 1 off the end before the 9? You did great! Post your Dyno sheet when you get it back.

My wife bought me the pipes....I bought the tuner for a real good deal....and I bought the air cleaner for $125.

The $901 is the installation of all of the parts, the dyno tune, the 1000 mile service, the highway bar and the install of it.

It would really be...
Big Radius = $599
A/C=$125
Tuner (through a friend) = ?
Labor/Highway Bar/1000 mile service/highway bar & install = $901

Total = $1600

Make sure the sert was never used before.
If it was, it would never work with your bike...
