Installed both the races... and then pushed the lower tree with the bearing seated on the stem. Next pushed in the top bearing and then installed the upper tree and torqued to spec.
After installing the triple trees, we put on the shocks etc. But i can still feel some play one turning the handlebars end to end. Quite puzzled on why it turned up this way.
Where did you get the torque spec for the stem nut from? There's none in my manual. Simply says to tighten it to the point where you can still turn it freely and then fine tune with the Fall Away Test after you get the wheel and all on.
