Same here! I'll give them some time since the snow is flying, but once the thaw hits, if they they are not bolted to my Fatty then I'll have Drew at Dr V Twin get something else.
Hey Sash...Do you think Mr Rinehart will give us the "faithful patient customer discount"???
Wait it out..
They'll be the best sounding pipes you have ever heard.
I just don't do V&H pipes. Everybody and their brother runs those pipes. I had a set of Big Radius, and now I don't....

I see you have the crossbacks. I went back and forth trying to decide between them and the 2into2 flush. Went with the flush because of the look but I must say the crossbacks look good on your machine...nice ride!
It's the same with just about any exhaust company and an unreleased product. I waited until July for a set of Monster Rounds slip-ons from Vance & Hines (I ordered for a friend) that was supposed to be out in March.
The thing with Rinehart is that they have been saying this crap for damn near 18 mos now.. They split from Bub in '09 and paired up with a company out of IA if I remember right.. I was totally set on their 2-1.. Told me for 5 mos it would be out "soon".. Each time was 3-4 weeks.. Finally said it would be released in Daytona in Feb.. That came and went and still nothing.. Finally had a friend of mine (who happens to be a dealer for them) call and they were finally honest.. Said the 2-1 wouldn't be released til "this winter sometime".. I said fork it and bought a D&D.. Not sure why it takes 2 years to make a pipe that you made for years prior.. They aren't reinventing their line or something..
I decided not to wait after seeing some pixs of Fatboys with the rinehart crossbacks so I ordered them from Dr V-Twin last week. They arrived today and I installed them tonight. Now that they are on I actually like them better than the 2 into 2. They are supposed to perform better too!
Take a look, pixs aren't the greatest due to the lighting in the garage:
Congrats dude, pipes looks good, I hope you be happy with them, make a sound clip if you can.
I am on no hurry to order, here in mi is 10f and snow, I'll let my fatty slip until early spring.
I hear ya on the weather Bro...I lucked out and caught the warm before the storm, got the ECM mapped and had a quick ride just before the snow hit. All I can say is WOW, it's like I have a new bike for the second time!
I'll do a sound clip as soon as the weather breaks.
