Will a stock 21" wheel from a 2007 Night Train fit on my 2010 Heritage?
A friend of mine with a 07 Train recently put new wheels on his ride and has offered me a great deal on his stock wheel. Just curious if it will bolt right on or if it will be a pain in the ***.
I wish I could answer it, but I would question the way it would look. That is such a skinny wheel, I don't know how it would look in that full front fender.
Over the summer I did a whole thread on this.I do not know how to attach a link. But if you search under my screen name you should find it.I read it can be done on this forum easy bolt on. Which it is but I seemed to have exposed the only glitch with this mod.I have a 2010 Deluxe and used a 2009 Nightrain wheel. You can see pics under Malingerers Gangster style deluxe.I think it looks great but it does look skinny under the fender which really doesnt bother me. I kind of like the look.If you pm me your email address I can send you all the pics you need to help make your decission.
I just read through that thread, some great info.
I have a chance to get a very well maintained 21" wheel for basically shipping costs. I will put some more thought into this before I take on this project.
Sure glad I asked, you guys always come through.
Malingerer,
Please check your PM as I am very interested in the pics you have.
Just sent a bunch of pics to you two were normal size and the rest were like super jumbo size.I will try to resend them.If not I 'll have to wait till the wifey gets home to see what I am doing wrong. I am not known for my computer skills to say the least.
