...BOBBEREVO88 is a straight shooter, too, man. He's not trying to steer you wrong, nor does he work for Shotgun Shock (that I know of). He's just a satisfied customer and is just telling you how it is from experience. He's had the lowering bolts and at least two different air ride systems on his bike. He knows what's up and is just recommending what's best. As I said in my first post, do what your budget allows. The bolts work as advertised.
The bolts will lower your ride and make it ride much rougher. That is all i will say in the spirit of camaraderie as you feel everyone is trying to sell you something you don't need.
The choice is yours...
I can save you some cash on the Shotgun Shock as well. Pm or email drew@drvtwin.com for pricing. Yes, I can get you shocks or lowering bolts too. take your time and do some reading the subject.

I read everything I can before I do anything and really don't feel anyone is trying to sell anything it was just a question. Money doesn't make any difference to me I was just curious if the dealer was correct. Thanks for all your input.
Yea bro been there done that crap bro. I used to ride my vicla with lowering bolts it's rough if you love that stock feeling your not going to enjoy the ride. I know what your talking about te out dated air rides sometimes you get that pogo effect but that's because there is only air on one side of the shock. With the shotgun you can bleed an feed air to both sides bro thus allowing you to choose the height you want to ride and the adjusting the firmness or softness. Talk to jd he will even show you how to set it to stock setttingd bro. But yea I don't work for shotgun but I did go down to the shop when I got mine and he explained the whole system from the toggle switches, Kevlar lined wire harness, to the 4 solinoids in the shock asembly and jd sold me when he said it's a suspension on a bike you put garbage in the system your going to get a garbage ride
But if you do get the bolts if I recall they have adjustible shocks that come with a spanner wrench so you can adjust the ride on in like 10 mins invade you ride 2 up
