Well it's winter in MI so time for more upgrades. I swapped the chrome bars that came on the Night Train for some black powder coated bars, since they had to repaint the clear coat on the tank due to a defect I went ahead and put black flush mount caps on, and now I decided to put on the Fatboy dual headlight. While its in the shop I will have them upgrade the firm ware on the Thundermax tuner. Here's where I started before the current upgrades. I will post up pictures when the mods are done next week. This forum may be free to join but it costs you in the end.
Whelp the saga continues. The tank is still at the painters, and the new headlight came in and they had to reorder it because the trim ring around the lenses has a dent in it.
I have the mount figured out I'm going to reverse the stock mount and use a piece of 1 3/4" angle to attach to the bottom tree and move the light out a bit and let it fit in the opening. I test fit it where I wanted it to go and I think it will fill the opening between the trees perfectly. Now I just need the new light and some black powder coat.
