Anyone rocker owners out there have the Danny Grey Solo seat with the Gel insert and if so what are your thoughts? Is it worth the extra 100$ and how does it compare to the seat without the gel insert.
You in dubai or abu dahbi? I heard gel takes a few thousand to break in, and if it gets gold it get hard but you shouldnt have that cold problem unless you go to the indoor skiing hahahaha
It is well worth the $100. It is not really a gel, it is actually a viscolastic dry polymer, it has no break in period, and does not freeze up. Mine has been on my bike for three years, rode 932 miles in one day on it, and is one of the best investments I have made.
abu dhabi =) not worried about the gel getting hard due to the heat thats for sure hahaha
damn bro just go down to the old gold souk and try and buy one hahahahaha im sure they sell good knock offs hahahahaha. Nah bro but i ride a ooober low pro seat with out gel and it is awesome, but then again i do have the shotgun shock which i think helps a lil
Haven't ridden one without the gel, but it's definitely a good investment. I can ride 10 times longer than I could with that stock seat! Man I wish I would have looked on EBAY first!
