Default mustache question

Im looking at some mustache bars for a 04 FXST .

does anyone know if the FLST (what the listing shows ) has the same frame as the FXST ?

I thought all softails had the same frame ?

Same frame..... 00-up.

The mustache bars bolt to the footboard frames. not sure how they will bolt to the forwards on your FX..

If they only attach at the top I think you're talking about the 'wisker' bars. I have the mustache bars and they connect top and bottom.

The one shown in the ebay ad mounts to the down-tubes of the frame. The height is kinda dictated by the loops in the bracket. This pic: http://www.customdynamics.com/Images/7861-1.jpg is a different brand but works the same way.

I have a set I got from Kury on my FXSTC. The mounting hardware on the bar is adjustable to the frame. The clamps move along the bar, which gives you the option of mounting them high up or down low on the frame.
