Have 04 softtail std. 88 ci - changed from chain cams to gear cams and now bike won't start. Engine turns over VERY slow and hard. Using an old auto method of checking spark - it appears there is no spark at the plugs. That may not be true, but not sure. Need some advice on where to look next.

Sounds like the cams are mis-indexed (you didnt line up all the little dots). Carb or FI? What cam?

Thanks to both replies. That is my next check to open the side cover and check the dots on the gears. I installed the outside gears and had HD dealer install the cams into the cam plate. So if it is out of time, I hope I did it and not the dealer. Cams are S&S 510s.
