Default Heritage Bag Supports

Just got a 09 Heritage and seeing how the bags start losing they shape as they get older. Anyone using Papa Bags or Soggy Bags supports and do they help?

I used the Leather Lid inserts, they was tough to install but they really look good.

I did the Leather Lid kit too. They were tough to install, but look tight as a drum now. My shoulders were killing me the next day. I found it helped to use a stainless steel teaspoon to help force it down in behind the seam. When I got both the front & rear inserts in, I forced them outward to make sure they were snug against the ends of the bag, then drilled up through the bottom of the bag & inserts. I put 1/8" pop-rives in from the underside so the inserts wouldn't rotate downward out of position.

my old OEM bags still have their shape but grant it they are on the small side but they come in handy for putting stuff in them. Well that's the wrong photo but you can see the little bags if you look through the haze.

Has anyone try papa bags supports? I like the simplicity of papas but they look like they make the opening smaller.
