Need advice on light bar install

I have a 04 Fatboy with a security system. The light bar I purchased from e-bay comes with turn signal lights that can be mounted under the passing lamps, but these lamps have two wires and the stock system has three.

I need to know how to hook-up these lights without damaging the security system and making the bike un-startable.

Any suggestions on mounting options, the correct way to do it, or should I just leave them mounted on the handlebars.

Don't know if this will help, but if you have the part number of the light kit you can go to Harleys web site and get the install instructions in a PDF file and print it out..
