I completed the Fat Glide build and installed LED signals and Tri Lights. They all functioned however the dash signal flashes faster than the lights and the Red warning light on the Speedo stays on (the one that doubles as the security system light). I think it is telling me that even though they work I need to install a load equalizer.
Any thoughts or opinions on this?

I would say your are right on the money with your diagnosis.

 

Yep, I had done a search and found that even BackOff Tail Light Modulator will trigger the Electric Warning Light. I don't think it is an impeading issue that will cause a problem, just an irritant. I am glad I was too lazy to send the two different ones I had ordered from Dennis Kirk back because I may need one of them. I read several posts about installing it before the security system and others about in the signal wiring. Also just read this thread: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...-required.html I think I will try installing in the signal wiring first and see if that fixes it unless someone who has gone all LED's recommends a better place to install it?
