Default Windscreen, bars, stirrup pegs

Well, I've about got my 01 Night Train where I'll be happy....at least for a while. LOL So, thought I'd ask for some ideas on the above.

Windscreen: Don't want a large screen...have the barn door size that came with my bike when I got it from the previous owner. Tried it and buffeting was so bad I came home and took it off right away. Hasn't been on the bike since December a year ago. I want something fairly small to just take some pressure off my chest for longer rides...easily removed for around town riding and in the Texas heat. Been kinda wondering about the National Cycle street shield or something about that size maybe.

Bars: Added some six in risers with 2 in pullback with stock bar. Made a big difference but would like something about the shape of oem drag bar but with a little more width. A little more pullback wouldn't hurt but want a little more width for leverage and to get mirrors out a bit farther to see behind me better. May eventually go bar ends but haven't decided yet.

Pegs: What's the ticket on stirrup pegs? Been looking at some Kury models. Like the looks of the pilot peg with stirrup but the stirrup looks pretty small and wonder if boot would be slipping off all the time. Iso pegs with stirrup look pretty much the way to go but thought I'd see if anyone running the pilot version.

Get these items tended to and I'll be good to go for a little while at least. Figure this cold weather we are having here in central Texas might be a good time to get these things tended to!

TIA!

Windshield
Windvest!! My buddy has one on his Deuce and it works ****

Bars
The 503s from Wildone w/527 risors (my set up but perfect for
a Duece (in my humble un-biased opinion)

Pegs
Cant say for sure. They seem ok, but Harley makes a kit (or used
to) for the FX Softails that extends them out 3" (more like a Dyna
Wide Glide)

Deuce is a wicked bike. Why they quit making that to repl it
with that rocker . . . thing ????
