Love it...would NEVER change it.

Same here I went from North Florida to North Carolina in one trip. Incredibly comfortable. Also I went with the thin seat and it feels perfect.

I like mine as well, it did take about 500-1000 miles to settle in and not be so stiff. I plan on making a run up north to N.J. at the end of the semester.

I honestly did not notice a difference going from barrel to scissor. I just liked the look of the scissor better.

The seat and the springer front end were the reasons I bought my Cross Bones. Some disagree, but that is why Harley makes 31 different models.
+1 on that...

Trash Rat, tks, but I'll still spot that beer if we cross paths! One of the guys on the forum in Cda had suggested to me that I check out Sinister seats, he has a couple and swears by them, great quality and good prices. I was actually on their site and bookmarked a couple, when I happened to check EBay and saw the LaRosa setup an bid on it....but worth checking out, some awesome seats and decent prices on auction...
Good luck on the job situation, that sucks man, but fate has a funny way of turning things around....hope it shines big time on you.....good luck on the seat hunt
