Default Kit for front running lights on Softail?

I was curious if there was a kit of some kind to cut the front running lights (turn signal) off, so they don't burn all the time?

If you look at a Deluxe, Heritage or Fatboy you will see a toggle switch on the tank side of left fork, most all Touring set up with switch for running lights

Here in Japan it is illegal to have the running lights and turn signals in the same bulb. To get around it we use a piece if electrical tape over the running light connector. Works for us.

You can also wire them through a relay if you are concerned about an excess power draw.
