But I dropped the cash down yesterday finally for my very first HD. Hawt damn I am jacked. Can't wait for spring to get the hours on it and be rdy for Sturgis The fatty should be in my man cave some time middle of February when finished.
I thought about the regular fatboy for customizing color /w chrome in the future, but my gut and heart couldn't refuse the lo's retro.
The staff here in Calgary at Kanes HD was awesome! Jennifer TY. Also, I like to thank these forums for valued reads in the last few weeks....it helped made my decision very easy

The photo here, which probably is one of our member's is exactly what I ordered.
Right now, I've only got a few minor cosmetic things going on. But in the future, I'd like to change it up. I've got a couple different directions I want to take, just need to make up my mind which one I want. I like the way it looks right now with the contrast it has with the brushed look against the denim black, but then at the same time I want it all blacked out!! Not sure, just gonna take it one step at a time. I'm putting the edge cut stuff on, as soon as the dealer gets the stuff in that I ordered 2 weeks ago. Not sure why it's taking so long. Gonna do a different speedo/tach. Thought about putting on a custom saddle, but haven't found anything that I REALLY like yet. My wifes opinion on all this is very important to me too, since she's the one that surprised me with it for my birthday.
