Thinking of replacing the headlight on my 2008 Train. What options are out there & what do you guys recommend? A buddy of mine told me about the Cobra II & it looks nice but just wondering what else is out there that looks as good or better.
I went with the Harley Bullet model. I like the look but I burnt out a bulb and its a bitch getting the thing apart when the dealer who put it on sealed it with silicone. I did get it changed. I should have put it on myself in the first place, not paid the dealer. You live and learn...

I have to confess that I scored big time on the light bucket. I was talking to the shop supervisor at my local dealer about one of the light buckets and he said they ordered one for a guy and he rejected it because it was damaged. He said he would give it to me cheap. I looked at it and there is a small nick in the bucket on the bottom next to the back that was done before the chrome process. You cant even see it unless I point it out to someone. I told him since it was a 2nd I better get a great deal on it. I already had the high output light on my bike in the stock bucket so he said they could swapped it out and installed the bucket for $200. I took my stock bucket and sold it on ebay so I only have $130 in it. I would have put it on myself but he gave me such a great deal I couldnt pass on it.

If I could pick any one I wanted, this would be it. Of course, it's $450, plus lamp, bulb, pigtail, hadware all seperate for another $300.
They must have lost their freakin' minds.
Very cool though.
Hmmm. Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if Story808 could etch a PC'd bezel...
Haha I think I pass on engraving the headlight... But someone with a laser engraver might be able to do it?
I have a Rick Doss 4.5" on my train... It's not for everyone but I like it, I had to find a higher mount for it and with a little mod it fell in place. It also has an Adjure black dot light.
