Cool Trimmin' a little fat...

Had a beautiful day to ride a little and work on the bike some...decided to see how it looked without the bags and passenger accommodations. One thing I know for sure, if I'm going to run like this...I need to do something with those big *** lollipops sticking out of the rear fender!

There are options, such as the streetglide setup, should fit. But dont limit yourself to HD catalog.

Looks good, but then again, I'm partial to the stripped down look.

I like the strip down look, but bare backs on mine to remove the bags, went solo. I intalled the shorter turn signal bar to get a tighter look in the back.

Suggestion: go with the touring bar set up and the turn sig conversion kit.

If you go with the touring bar, you'll need some sort of quick release system for the bags, otherwise the bags get in the way of the signal lights.

My buddy runs his Heritage stripped down when we're riding short solo trips, and it works fine. Great to be able to have options! The good thing about them is that they are behind you, so you don't have to look at 'em much. There are certainly options if you're so inclined, or you can leave them as he did and just ride.

How about a Cycle Visions eliminator to trim the fat? it is very sleek and has extremely bright LEDs. the signals still flash orange and it flashes when you hit the brakes. No one will be rear ending you with this!

Looks like a real good option. Does it leave any vacant bolt holes? Thanks again sir.

No, it comes with the triangular cover to cover the 3 holes left by the original license plate bracket.
