Default Need ideas for blacking out bolts!

At Issue - 09 Gloss Black XBones.
Problem - cheap looking grey torx screws on fender strut!!
Solution - black out said screw heads (see before and after photos with fender screws and AC bolt blacked out.)

Questions:
Is there a black cover available for these screw heads?
Can I purchase Black Bolts?
Would you paint them on the bike - back them off, mask them then spray/brush?
Has anybody else done this or have other solutions?

Very cool - hadn't thought of that one!!!!!
But why nail polish instead of paint? Is it more durable?

Take off fender strut, paint them rustoleum, clear coat spray if you want then when dried, put vaseline on bolts to tighten, keeps from cutting into paint with torx wrench. Thats what im going to do on my LO and have hear from other members. worked on my Ultra.

I use nail polish colors for everything. There are a million colors. Cheap, quick, lasts a long time, comes with small brush, easy to re-touch, basically it's paint but cheap. You can even buy a hard enamel clear coat to seal over it. I touch up my car all the time - for those tiny areas. Just makes those nicks not so noticeable. Use on my helmet too.
Hope this helps.
ps/ I use colored Sharpies too but they fade faster. Clear nail polish over the Sharpie colors. We have to stick together to outsmart all the expensive HD stuff.

Testor's model paint works well too. It doesn't glob much since it's made for small parts. The Enamel is pretty tough stuff, dirt cheap, tons of colors, gloss or flat. Use a small brush or toothpick to apply.

Nail polish and cheap hobby model paint. Works like a charm. Also if you have chrome allen heads I always put clear nail polish in those to keep them from rusting. Works perfect.

Guys- HD makes touch up paint. It comes in a little bottle and has a brush. I have the "wrinkle black" color and have blacked out almost every single Torx bolt on my Night Train with it.
