That was exactly my thoughts when I saw it and well, now I have one. My opinion, definitely worth the cash.

I was originally eyeballin' the 312, but when I saw the latch on the Garage Leathers bag, I knew I had to have it.

And from everything I've been reading on Dr. VTwin's bags, I highly doubt you will be disappointed. I've seen nothing but praise for the bags he sells. But as I said... I couldn't pass up the latch design on the one I got.

Personally I like the aesthetics of the Garage Leathers bags better than the Leatherworks bags, but to each their own.

I have never seen the latch or how it works on the garage leathers until now. It looks like I should become a dealer. Let me see what i can do about that.

I prefer the LW myself and the price difference was nice too. $160 vs. $225.

Love the rugged look of these GL bags...also love the latch.

However, it appears the double strap would allow adjustment of the buckle if you wanted to over stuff the bag?

Anyone have exp with the double buckle bag?

thanks

The Leatherworks allows plenty of adjustment for the straps. I have not tried the Garage leathers but it does not look like it will adjust.

They both look good, garage leathers and LW bags. But the LW offers the Bag for the true duals. Wish LW made a bag like the one with the latch on it. The latch bag looks good as hell.

thanks

it does look like that cool nickle latch on the GL bag is non adjustable.

so...is the LW bag true buckles? or the hidden quick snaps behind like the HD bag?

and how about the GL? true buckles on the double buckle?

agreed

one thing I notice that LW has over all the others...is a 5" depth bag. all the others seem to be 3-4 inches.

that fat bag could make my decision.
