I got it on after lots of swearing and bloody knuckles. Wow that was tight. REAL TIGHT. I don't have it completed bolted up cause I think I may need to add at small spacer for pulley clearance. But at this point I can't get the caliper to seat back where it was on the swingarm. It looks like the brake pad is pushing left which is hindering the ability of everything to come over. Any suggestions? How can I pry that piston back?

Fought the same battle last month. What a PITA. Even when I followed the manual it was till a PITA. Did you remove the pads? That's the manual says to do. On my Deluxe, I was able to get the wheel off with the pads in place but I tried and tried and tried but could not get the wheel back in until I removed the pads. Just that little bit gave me enough wiggle room to get it back together. And another set of hands would have helped. Two hands to hold everything in place and another to shove the axle back in. Good luck.

Oh, and you'll need a tiny 12pt socket in order to loosen the pins that hold the brake pads in place. Can't remember the specific size, other than it's a 12 pt. socket.
