need help guys .
the crossbones and the deluxe share the same exhaust system so with that in mind i would think that the saddlebags for one should fit the other..any reason deluxe rigid mount bags wont fit on a crossbones.?
the strut cover appear to be the same as well
any help would be appreciated
They should fit. They are pretty small. I think you would get more for your money by changing to a different exhaust and getting some larger bags. there is a guy here in AL: selling these Deluxe bags on CL for $400. Let me know if you are interested and I'll find the ad for you.
they are kinda small .but capacity is the same as the crossbones bags HD sells..the exhaust is the big factor as you said..so much out there for a softail but the damn exhaust is killing my options..i wanted roadhouse 2-1 system with flex pipe over the header very old skool look..similar to the old panhead exhaust ,but they went out of business 2 weeks before i went to order..just my luck..
thanks DR-V

better than sendin them your money and then they go out of business...
i think the HD bags for the Crossbones look good...especially with a dual exhaust and fishtails...black...
i like the upswept pipes, but dont work with bags...
