Couple posts down from yours ('06 Train?), $9,000 5246 miles.
That was me. I had to drive 4 and 1/2 hours to get it but it was well worth it. Found it on Craigslist.
Good luck.

If I drive to Dallas about the same distance there are a bunch of Night Trains up there. Will be doing that for sure at the end of March if finding one locally doesn't work out.
That price is too high. I was in your situation last year. My local dealer had 2 red 09's on his floor for over a year and would not budge off of MSRP + the added mods that I did not want. I found my Black Denim 09 NT with 1320 miles on it, bone stock, at an out of state dealer (about 120 miles away) I got it for $14500.00 It was immaculate, had its 1000 mi service done and I've been smiling ever since. I saved about $4000 and got what I wanted. Keep your eyes peeled and you'll find one worthwhile. By the way, that money I saved went straight into mods.
Local dealer here has a leftover over red 2009 NT with a sticker on it of $16.9.. I know they'll take less to move it and it's brand new
Tempting if I didn't have this boat anchor of a Sportbike to get rid of. Trade in is 4600 retail is 6800 but so far everyone is low balling me and wanting to give me 3000 to 3500. Dealers are willing to go as high as 5000 to 5500 due to the mileage and the shape it is in. Plus mods.
Hate to belabor the point, but that price is downright outrageous for a bike with over 10k on it. And that fender... hoofah. Wow. Mod's are a personal statement. I would never pay that price for a used bike that had been set up with someone else's vision.
Not for nothing, but I drove my '08 Train off the floor for 16 and change. Just a comparison.

Good luck and PATIENCE. You'll find one.
Oh and Razorback, nice seat!!!! lol
Yep, going to look at another one about 30 miles from work. Will call ahead last time they had it one day gone the next. Then tried to strong arm me into buying a Fatboy Lo.
