Fender rack for Softail Deluxe???

Default Fender rack for Softail Deluxe???
There is a chrome rack that goes ON the fender of a FLSTN in place of the passenger pillion....I've seen it a hundred times... What's the name of/who makes that rack??

I think its Motherwell. They just came out with a new rack specifically for the Deluxe. http://www.motherwellproducts.com

The pics I've seen of the C&C seat shows that it attaches with a single nut at the back - but the motherwell rack uses the stock twin posts for mounting. Does anyone know if the two work together?

Default stock fender rack
If I take the stock fender rack off will the stock pillion pad fit back on. Im not a fan of the rack myself.
