Default 2008/2009 Deluxe rims fit on a 2004 Fatboy???

I want wire wheels on my 04 fatboy. I have found 2 sets that are nice and priced OK. ($450 for the set w/ rotors, tires, under 500 miles)
They are both off DeLuxes, one is a 2008 and the other a 2009. I think they are both 25mm from what I have found out online.
I "think" my axles are 1 inch from what I have seen online, I have also heard other sizes so I am not sure.
I have also heard that the new wheels are able to be switched to a different axle size by replacing the wheel bearings.

Does anyone know what I would need to do to get these rims to work on my bike? Will the rotors work? I'd really prefer a bolt-up swap. If these can work with different bearing, what can expect for cost to switch them out?
(at some point it will be cheaper/easier to just buy a new set of 60 spokes and tires and use the rest of what I have)

Any help would be awesome!

Nothing? No one here has done any work with their rims? I am trying to get this figured out quickly so I can make a deal on one of the rims sets I am looking at.
Anyone?
