Tilt them to your liking. Whatever is comfortable for you.

Tilt them as you like. Once you find a position you want to keep them in run the set screws up until the hit the bars. tighten down a bit and you will be good. One word of advice, the set screws are a pin to get to as are the riser bolts since they are on the bottom of the risers. Figure out where you want the bars and leave them there. Then if you have to remove everything once all is installed just pop out the risers bolts from the tree. It is much easier than dealign with the hidden riser cap bolts and set screws.

I finished everything up this evening, ill get some pictures up here asap tomorrow when I have some decent lighting... Unless you absolutely want some dimly lit pictures to hold you over till then lol
