Default HD Front Lowering Kit

This may be a dumb question, but I figure I've gotta ask it first...

When I first got my bike, I had the dealership install the HD 1" front lowering kit because I wasn't yet confident enough to tackle the job. Now I am looking at getting a 21" front and want to drop the front end another inch. I was going to go with the Progressive Lowering Kit, but reading on here it seems that the combination of the lowering springs and the spacer are what do the trick. Since I've already got the HD lowering springs, is it feasible to assume that I could simply use a spacer like the Progressive kit recommends to drop it further?

Not sure. My progressive drop-in kit replaced the stock spring with a shorter stiff spring, a smaller spring, and the PVC spacer.
