Now that looks cool, so much better than the way it looked with the stock wheels. Is that paint or powder?

The pinstripe was done by a friend that actually custom paints for a living. Step 1 - After the wheels were sanded, Step 2 -he painted the red pinstripe on the wheels and Step 3 -then he taped the red stripe off. Step 4 -Then the wheel was pained black (hardners where used in the paints). Step 5 -the tape was then pulled off of the pinstripe. Step 6 -A clearcoat was applied to the entire wheel. This way the red is in the paint and not on it.
Turned out looking great. It adds to the look instead of drawing away from it.
