Default led headlamp

Well I finaly got it in its a solid headlamp and allot heavier than I thought but its bright. I tried the dual bulb lamp but just don't like the circle it casts the led looks alot better with the line. I was not able to try it tonight to see if its a real big improvement but from what I could see in my shop it looks great. The biggest thing that drove me to it was the lower power use that will allow me to add on a few more items with out worry

Don't forget the cool factor! I had to motor cops pull up next to me yesterday and ask me all about it. They really liked it. And motor cops NEVER give me the time of day when I'm out usually.

I saw that headlight and I'm anxious to hear how well it preforms at night for you. I'm just concerned it might look out of place on my XBones.

Why do you think it would look out of place? After all, there is both a black version and a white version. I know Black stands out on a Lo, but not out of place.

I guess because it looks so modern, and might look odd on a bike that was designed to look old. Perhaps I'm just not being creative enough yet.

I'm contemplating the light however because of the road I ride to work. A good 25mi of my 55mi trip is in the desert with NO lights anywhere! It gets so dark the moon casts a shadow!

I'd have to see one on the bike to know for sure. The black looks awesome, I wonder about the white (or is it chrome)...

It's more like stock, so I probably should have typed chrome. I was probably thinking black and white after reading the motor cop reference above. Personally, I purchased the LED headlamp for the safety factor more than the looks. The "black" just helped push me over the high price tag and is an added bonus. One of the first things I did to my bike was have all the turn indicators change over to LED as well.

Personally I like the way it looks from the front I was worried the lens would have been plastic but its glass. As soon as the rain stops I will ride in to work at night and see how it is
