what is the best synthetic oil and what do you use??

oil is oil it all comes from the same place. whatever that guy sells wherever you go buy it is the best.

Wallmart brand 15w40. 1.24 a quart and change it every 50 miles but in a pinch I will use Mobil1 v-twin 20w50. Your scoot your call.

Nothin but amsoil in my scoots. Been using it for years, and nary a problem.

Amsoil-First choice in crank case, 2nd choice Mobil 1 V-Twin 20w50.
Transmission-Redline Heavy Shock proof, or Mobil 1 75-90 Synth.
Primary-Amsoil or Mobil 1 V-Twin 20w50.
All of these, depending on price and availability, have been extremely satisfactory (for me anyway). Amsoil is without a doubt the coolest running crank case oil.

I use HD Syn-3 or Amzoil in the Engine/Primary and BelRay 80/140 in the tranny. Been good for me.

Tried a lot of oils and you know i thought it made a big difference with the ticks and clunks and whines and brrrrs.....etc.....now i use 15W50 car motor oil synthetic ...Formula Plus in the Primary and Walmart 75w140 full syn in the tranny...I look at it this way...How much abuse can you do to motor oil in 5000 miles...MOCO says change it 5000 miles 10k in primary and 20k in tranny so if you bump up the quality of oil in any way you can't go wrong...
